Harry Potter. For some, a fun movie experiences and for others a nice book series to read once to say that you did. But the very few, it is a life style. I am among this very colorful crowd. I have already read the series about seven times (which I know is not that big of a deal to some of the VERY dedicated fans) and I can recite lines and reenact parts of the movies (even though I know that the movie could NEVER be better then the books). My two best Christmas presents this year (or maybe ever) were all eight of the movies, and, wait for it, a Harry Potter tee shirt (that I wear quite often).
“When I’m 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I’ll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, “After all this time?” And I will say, “Always.”
This will, of course be me, when I am eighty but I wasn't actually in the movies, so for me I will just be the loser that I have always been, except for I will be eighty.
The one thing that I always want after finishing a book or movie is to be a wizard. I would have loved to be able to go Hogwarts. Or be able to use magic whenever I want.
